Work in Progress Page Instructions

Clicking on the table headings (Order#, Client#, etc) will reorder the results by that field. For example, clicking on the word State will order the results alphabetically by state. Clicking on a specific Order # will allow you to print or email Order information. For example, clicking on a number in the Order # column will allow you to print or email the corresponding Order information.

You may search by Loan #,  Last Name,  First Name,  Address,  Social Security #,  and Order #.

  • Please note, if you do not enter any criteria all WIP orders will be returned.
  • When you are ready to begin your search please hit the Execute Search button.
  • If you make a mistake entering criteria you can press the Reset button to clear the criteria boxes.

2. Rate Quote System
Title Insurance Rate Calculator
This calculator/rate quote system will provide you with the title insurance premium for a particular county and state based on the purchase price/loan amount and the policy type. To obtain the rate quote, please complete all applicable fields. This calculator will provide you with the recording fees for any county/state based on loan amount, number of signators and document type. You may search by Loan #,  Last Name,  First Name,  Address,  Social Security #,  and Order #.
