All appraisal order assignments are handled in full compliance with FIRREA, Regulatory Agency, USPAP, and FHLMC/FNMA standards. AMCSS also warrants compliance with State specific appraisal requirements.

All Full Appraisal reports are ordered through appraisers who are in compliance with State and Federal licensing/certification requirements. Each appraisal report is thoroughly reviewed by experienced appraisal underwriters to ensure compliance with FHLMC/FNMA, Federal Regulatory Guidelines, and FHA and VA requirements. The report is also internally reviewed to assure compliance with client specific underwriting requirements.

AMCSS's custom designed database permits its staff to effectively manage the delivery of all appraisal products to meet client specific needs. We are also able to monitor the performance and quality of AMCSS's extensive Vision appraiser network. At the leading edge of technological innovation, AMCSS requires PDF transmittal of all appraisal reports from its Vendor Network. Quality reviewed appraisal reports may be transmitted to our client base, thereby reducing hardcopy paper processing, eliminating corollary express package costs, ensuring delivery via an electronic tracking system, reducing or eliminating 're-fax' requests, and expediting the delivery of product. PDF technology is also utilized for all other AMCSS product transmittals including Equity Reports, Title Reports, and Title Commitments.
