AMC Settlement Services also warrants compliance with State specific appraisal
All Full Appraisal reports are ordered through appraisers who are in compliance
with State and Federal licensing/certification requirements. Each appraisal report is thoroughly reviewed
by experienced appraisal underwriters to ensure compliance with FHLMC/FNMA, Federal Regulatory Guidelines,
and FHA and VA requirements. The report is also internally reviewed to assure compliance with client
specific underwriting requirements.
AMC Settlement Services's custom designed database permits its staff to effectively manage the delivery
of all appraisal products to meet client specific needs. We are also able to monitor the performance and
quality of AMC Settlement Services's extensive Vision appraiser network. At the leading edge of technological innovation,
AMC Settlement Services requires PDF transmittal of all appraisal reports from its Vendor Network. Quality reviewed appraisal
reports may be transmitted to our client base, thereby reducing hardcopy paper processing, eliminating
corollary express package costs, ensuring delivery via an electronic tracking system, reducing or
eliminating 're-fax' requests, and expediting the delivery of product. PDF technology is also utilized for
all other AMC Settlement Services product transmittals including Equity Reports, Title Reports, and Title Commitments.
